Avocado Pudding

Avocado - 1
Milk - 2 cup
Condensed milk - 1/2 tin
Gelatine - 10 gms
Sugar - 2 tbsp

Boil milk with condensed milk and sugar. Allow it to cool. Peel and de-seed the avocado and blend with milk. Melt gelatine in 1/4 cup of hot water. Add the gelatine to the milk mixture and stir well. pour it into pudding mould and keep it in the refrigerator for setting.
