Ingredients:
egg-2( hard boiled)
bread crumbs
egg white - 1
oil
Ingredients for chutney :
Coriander or Mintleaves-1 Bunch Chopped
Grated Coconut - 1/2 Cup
green chillies- 2(chopped)
Ginger paste - 1/4 tsp
Salt- to taste
Blend all the ingredients into a smooth paste & keep aside.
Method:
Now take the hard boiled egg, remove shells and cover it completely with green chutney like a big green ball. Then dip them in egg white, cover with bread crumbs and then deep fry it in oil untill it turn to golden brown colour. Remove from oil drain & cut it in the middle.
