Ingredients:

For Masala:
Beef - 1cup Boiled and Minced
Onion - 2 chopped
Green chilli - 2
Ginger & garlic paste - 1tbsp
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
For Dipping:
Egg White - 2
Curry leaves
Coriander leaves
For Batter:
Maida
Water
salt
Oil - For frying

Method:

First prepare beef Masala - Heat oil, add onion and saute. When it turns light brown, add ginger-garlic-green chilly paste and saute well. Add  curry leaves and saute. Add chilli, coriander, turmeric, pepper powder and garam masala and mix it well. Add beef and coriander leaves and mix everything together. Stir for few minutes and remove from gas.

Make batter for dosa - add maida, salt and water into a bowl and mix very well to make thin consistency batter.

Heat pan and pour little batter to make small dosa. Place the dosa in a plate and spread the beef masala in the center. Then fold from 4sides just like a box.

Then make egg mixture for dipping -  Beat the egg with salt, add chopped curry leaves and coriander leaves and mix well.

Heat pan and add ghee. Dip each box in the egg mixture and shallow fry both sides.

Serve with tomato ketchup...enjoyyy
