Garlic Butter Naan

Maida - 1 cup
Butter - 1 tbsp
Garlic - 1 tbsp
Yogourt - 1 tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
Oil - 1 tsp
yeast - 1 tsp
salt
Coriander leaves

Mix all ingredients to make a dough and allow it to rise for 2-3 hours. Then mix once again and make balls like we make for chappathi. Roll into oval shape and cook on fry pan turning both sides.
