Hyderabadi Mutton Dum Biryani

Ingredients:
Basmati rice - 3cup
Black cumin - 1tsp
Corriander leaves - 1bunch...
Curd - 1cup
Garam masala - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tbsp
Garlic and ginger paste - 1 tbsp
Golden fried sliced onions - 3
Green chilli - 3
Lime juice - 1
Mint - 1bunch
Mutton - 500grams
Oil - 2 tbsp
chilli powder - 1 tbsp
Coriander powder - 1 tbsp
Cumin powder - 1/2tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Crushed pepper - 1tsp
Salt - to taste
Saffron - 1pinch


Method:
First marination of mutton- Take mutton in a pan, add all the spices, curd, half portion of fried onion and lemon juice and mix well. Leave the material for half an hour at least.

Then boil sufficient quantity of water ,add a little oil, salt, and cook rice half cooked.

Now n a pan add the marinated mutton in the bottom and top it of with half cooked rice,add mint leaves, coriander leaves, fried onions.repeat the same process twice and add soaking saffron.cook for 30min
