Ingredients:
Banana(Indian) - 2
Egg - 5
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Cardamom - 2
Ghee - 1tbsp
Raisins - few

Method
Peel and quarter banana lengthwise.
Slice banana quarters 1\2" thick slices.
Heat ghee in a pan and fry banana slices to golden brown (Add 1 tbsp. sugar just when it turn to brown colour and mix well).
Then mix fried banana with roasted raisins.
Place the bananas on a greased baking tray.
Blend egg with remaining sugar and cardamom.
Pour the egg mixture onto the bananas and bake it in a preheated oven about 40 minutes @180C.
