Vermicelli Prawns Biriyani
Ingredients:
Rice Vermicelli 1 Packet
Prawns 1/2 kg
Onion 4
Ginger garlic paste 2tbsp
Tomato 2
Carrot(Chopped) 2
Green chilli 4
Curry leaves & Coriander leaves

Method:
Marinate the prawns with Chilli, turmeric, pepper powder and salt, and fry it after half an hour.
Cook vermicelli in water with salt and oil. Transfer it to strainer to drain water and then pour cold water on it and allow it to drain again.
Heat pan, add oil and saute onion. Then add ginger garlic and chilli paste and saute well. Then add tomato, curry leaves and saute. Add carrot and cook for few minutes. Then add fried prawns and stir well. Add coriander leaves. Add the cooked vermicelli on it and mix well.
