Ingredients:
2 1/2 cup chick peas, cooked.
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons tahini
1 clove garlic.
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
Method:
Pour cooked chick peas into blender, reserving about a tablespoon for garnish. Add lemon juice, tahini, chopped garlic, salt and sufficient quantity of water(used for cooking chick peas) into blender. Blend until creamy and well mixed.
Transfer the mixture to a medium serving bowl. Pour olive oil over the top. Garnish with reserved garbanzo beans and olives
