Ingredients:
whole wheat(soaked) - 1cup
Chicken - 2pieces
Water - 3cup
Onion - 1
Garlic - 3cloves
Cardamom - 2
Cloves - 2
Cinnamon - 1
Salt - to taste
Ghee - 2 tbsp
Method:
Add all the ingredients in a pressure cooker and cook until the wheat is broken down and soupy and the meat easily comes off from the bones.Now remove bones from the meat and mash the wheat well. If it is thick, add some water and cook well.If it is thin, let it thicken over low heat. Transfer to a serving bowl. Add some onions, cashews and raisins fry in ghee and pour over the harees.
