Coconut Roll

For batter:
Maida 1&1/2 cups
Egg 2
Salt to taste
Water as required
Mix all ingredients to make batter, divide it into three equal parts and add three diffrent food color in each one.
For Filling:
Onion 1
Coconut 1/2
Sugar 1/2 Cup
Cardamom powder 1tsp

Heat pan add oil, add onion and saute well. Add coconut, sugar and cardamom powder. Cook for few minutes.
Then make dosa of one color. Place the dosa on a plate and spread the coconut filling on it and roll. Then make dosa of another color, spread coconut filling and place the rolled first dosa on it and roll. Repeat the process until the batters finish. I made two coconut roll with six dosas each. Cut it into pieces, place them in a plate and pour sugar syrup on it.
