Chicken - 1cup Boiled and Minced
Potato - 2 Boiled and Mashed
Onion - 2 chopped
Tomato - 1/2 chopped
Green chilli - 2 chopped
Ginger & garlic paste - 1tbsp
Curry leaves - 10 nos
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Egg White - 1
Bread Crumbs - 1cup
Oil - For frying
Heat oil, add onion and saute. When it turns light brown, add ginger-garlic paste and saute well. Add green chilly and curry leaves and saute. Add tomato, salt and saute. Add chilli, coriander, turmeric, pepper powder and garam masala and mix it well. Add chicken and mix everything together. Stir for few minutes and remove from gas. Allow the mixture to cool. Add mashed potatoes and mix well together. Make small balls with the mixture and roll into desired shapes. Beat the egg white. Dip each cutlet in egg white and roll with bread crumbs. Deep fry in oil.
Serve hot with Tomato Sauce.
