Fresh Strawberries - 10
Strawberry syrup - 1 tbsp
Sugar- 1 tbsp
Condensed milk - 1/2 tin
Nestle Cream - 1/2 tin
Milk - 1 cup
Whipped topping mix - 1 Sachet (36g)
Cold milk - 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
Chinagrass - 5gm
Water - 1/2 cup
Mash strawberries using a fork. Add sugar to this. Mix and keep it in refrigerator.
Soak Chinagrass in water. Boil 1 cup of milk,condensed milk,cream and soaked chinagrass till chinagrass gets dissolved. Then cool it, dipped in ice water. blend the mixture with strawberries and strawbery syrup and pour into pudding tray.
In a bowl mix whipping powder, essence and cold milk. Beat on high speed until the topping thickens and forms light fluffypeaks.
Take 2 tbsp full of the prepared whipped cream and place it on top of pudding mixture. Mix lightly using a fork and make swirls to get marble design. Decorate with strawberries and remaining whipped cream at the top. Keep in refrigerator for setting.
