Basmathi rice - 1cup
Egg - 2
Coconut Milk - 2cups
Salt
Wash rice and soak it in water. Grind it well with eggs and coconut milk. Add salt and mix it well. Heat a non stick pan. Beat the rice mixture and take the foam at the top. Pour it in a pan and circle it like a dosa. close it with a lid and cook.
