Ingredients:
Egg 5
Onion 1
Greenchilli 2
Ginger small piece
Curry leaves
Maida 1 cup
Salt to taste
Water as required
Method:
Boil the egg, separate yolk and white.
Heat the pan, add oil and saute onion.
Add ginger, greenchilli, curry leaves and salt.
Finally add the egg yolks and mix well.
Take the yolk mixture and fill it inside the egg white and press it gently.
Do the same with lefted egg white.
Make a smooth batter.
Dip each egg to the batter and deep fry in the oil.
