Ingredients:
Ripe Banana - 2
Egg - 2
Sugar - 3
Cashawnuts - 3
Kismis - 5
Cardamom powder - 1/4tsp
Ghee - 1tbsp
Oil for fry
Flour - 1/2 cup
Water - as required
Salt to taste
Method:
Break the eggs and put them in a bowl. Add sugar and mix it well.
Heat a pan, add ghee and fry the cashawnut and kismis.
Pour the egg mixture to the pan and scramble it. Keep it aside.
Take banana and cut in lengthwise. Open the cuts and fill the egg masala.
Make a smooth batter and dip each banana to the batter and deep fry in the oil.
