Donuts

 Ingredients:
 
Maida - 2 cups
Butter - 2 tbsp
Egg - 1
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Cinnamon Powder - 1/2 tsp
Milk - 1/2 cup
Salt - 3/4 tsp
Oil - for frying
chocolate sauce - Melt chocolate bars

Method:

Take a bowl and Mix together flour, salt, baking powder, sugar powder and cinnamon powder. Add beaten egg, melted butter and mix well. Add milk to it to form a dough.The dough should be soft and easy to handle in any shape.
Leave it for 30minuts to raise.
Then Roll this it into thickness of donuts(1/4 inch) and cut into donuts shape.
Heat oil and deep fry it in a low flame untill it turns golden brown.
Now dip donuts into chocolate sauce and garnish it with coloured sugar strands or dip it into powdered sugar.
