Kuboos

Ingredients:

Maida - 3cup
Warm water - 1/4cup
Yeast - 1tsp
Sugar - 1tbsp
Milk - 1cup
Salt - to taste


Method:

Step1:

Dissolve yeast in 1/4 cup of warm water along with sugar and keep it aside for 10minutes.

Step 2:


 Combine flour, yeast dissolved water and salt in a mixing bowl. Add warm milk and mix it well to form a smooth dough.

 Step 3:

 

Keep it in a warm place for about 4hours.

Step 4:



When the dough rises almost double size make equal sized balls from the dough.

Step5:



Roll the balls like chappathi to get round shape.(almost double the thickness of chappathi)

Step6:



Heat pan on medium flame, place the kuboos on it for a few seconds.

Step7:



Turn it to the other side and wait for a little time.

Step 8:



Turn it again and press it.

Step 9:



Keep it warm by covering it. Serve it hot....
