Salmon Fillet

[ Salmon fish contain high quantity of Omega-3 fatty acids which is good for health. ]

Salmon fish fillet - 400 g

Lemon juice - of 1 lemon

Garlic - 2 cloves(crushed)

Red chilli powder - 1tsp

Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp

Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp

Olive oil - 2tbsp

Soya sauce - 1tbsp

Dried Basil leaves - 1tbsp

Salt - to taste


Marinate the fish with above ingredients (except basil leaves) and keep it covered for around 2 hrs.
Place it in a baking tray and spread basil leaves on the top.
Cook it in oven till done..
