For Masala:
Mussels(Kakka irachi) - 250g
Onion - 2 ( Chopped)
Tomato -1 ( chopped)
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp
Green chilli - 2
Red chilly pwd - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1/2tsp
Turmeric pwd - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/4tsp
Salt - to taste
Coconut(grated)
Curry leaves and Coriander leaves
Heat oil, add onions and saute till soft.
Add ginger garlic paste, green chilli and saute till the raw smells goes.
Add tomato and saute. Add spice powders and saute.
Add the leaves, Mussels(Kakka irachi) and mix well. Keep it aside.
Add salt and boiling water to the rice flour and make a dough.
Take a lemon sized ball press in ur palm and add a little masala and ball it ...then
roll it in coconut and place it in a steamer...
