Chicken - 450(boneless, cut into small pieces)
Egg - 1
Cornflour - 3tbsp
Salt - to taste
Black peppercorns - 1/2 tsp(crushed)
Dark soya sauce - 2tbsp
Red chilli sauce - 2tbsp
Green chillies - 3
Green capsicum - 1
Onion - 2
Ginger and Garlic - 1tbsp(chopped)
Red chilli powder - 1/2tsp
Water - 1cup
Take chicken pieces in a bowl. Add salt, half of the the cornflour, crushed pepper,
egg and mix. Add 1tbsp soya sauce and mix well.
Heat oil and deep fry the chicken pieces till golden brown.Drain and set aside.
Heat oil, add garlic and ginger and saute. Add green chillies and continue to saute. Add onion, capsicum and saute. Add the remaining soya sauce, red chilli sauce and stir. Add red chilli powder, water and bring the mixture to boil. Add fried chicken pieces to it and boil. Blend the remaining cornflour in a little water. Add blended cornflour and mix. Add salt and cook for a minute.
