Chicken breast (boneless, skinless) - 900 g
Lemom juice - of 1 lemonGarlic - 6 cloves
Yoghurt - 2/3 cup
Olive oil - 1/4 cup
Pepper powder - 1 tsp.
Thyme - 1 tsp
Paprika / sweet chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
salt - 1 tsp
Tomato paste - 1 tbsp
In a bowl, combine all ingredients. Allow chicken to marinate for 2-24 hours, covered in the refrigerator. Place chicken on the skewers (about 6 pieces on each). You can add vegetables to the skewer if desired. Grill until done. Remember to turn skewers during cooking. Don’t over cook otherwise the chicken would dry out.
