Spanish Omlet

Egg - 4
Potato grated- 1/2 cup
Capsicum chopped- 1/4 cup
Mushroom chopped- 3/4 cup
Onion chopped- 1 cup
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - little
Milk - 2 or 3 tbsp
Salt

Beat egg with a little pepper powder, salt and then add milk.
Heat oil, add onions and saute it for a couple of minutes.Then add grated potato, saute and cook for a few minutes. Then add mushroom, capsicum, pepper powder and turmeric powder and saute for 2 mints. Keep it aside.
Heat a pan, oil it with olive oil and pour the egg mixture into it. Then spread the above prepared veg. mix on top of it. Cook it covered on low heat till done.
