Egg Masala

Egg – 4 ( boiled )
Ginger & garlic – 1tbsp
Green chilli – 2 
Onion –1
Tomato – 1
Chilli powder – 1tbsp
Coriander powder – 1tbsp
Turmeric powder – 1/4 teaspoon
Garam Masala – 1/4 teaspoon
Salt – to taste
Curry leaves - 6 to 8
Oil

Heat oil in a pan. Add ginger& garlic. Add onion & saute well. When onion becomes brown colour add tomato n green chilli and curry leaves. When the tomato pieces are cooked add all masalas n saute for a minute. Then add sufficient amount of water n salt. Now add egg n cooked for 2 or 3 minutes.
