Bread Vada

Ingredients:
Bread 6Piece
Rice powder 1/2Cup
Rava 1/4Cup
Onion 1
Green chilli 2
Ginger 1Tbsp
Curry leaves 1Tbsp
Coriander leaves 1Tbsp
Curd 3/4Cup
Salt to taste

Method:
In a bowl crumble the bread, add rice powder and rava, add chopped onion, chilli, ginger, curry leaves and coriander leaves, add salt and curd. Mix well altogether to make a soft dough. Take lemon sized ball, Make a hole in the center, deep fry in the oil.
Serve with mint chutney.... Enjoy with easy and tasty bread vada....
