1 cup Pomegranate (Anaar) juice
1 packet Raspberry jelly crystals
1 cup Milk
1 sachet Dream whip
250 ml Thick cream.
1/2 Pomegranate for decoration
In a sauce pan add anaar juice, jelly crystals, stir and let the jelly crystals dissolve on low heat. When the crystals have dissolved, turn off the stove and let the mixture come down to room temperature, do not let it set, just let it cool down.
In blender add milk, dream whip and blend it for a few minutes. Then pour jelly juice mixture while blending. Then add cream blend till it all combines into a nice mixture. Pour in a large bowl or separate serving bowls. Keep in the fridge to chill. Serve Chilled with pomegranate seeds on top.
