Chicken Puffs

Puff pastry square(frozen)
Egg white - 1

For filling:
Chicken - 1cup Boiled and Minced
Onion - 1 chopped
Tomato - 1 chopped
Green chilli - 1 chopped
Ginger & garlic paste - 1tsp
Curry leaves - 5 to 6 nos
Chilly powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Pepper powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste

Heat oil, add onion and saute, add just a pinch of salt. When it turns light brown, add ginger-garlic paste and saute well. Add green chilly and curry leaves and saute. Add tomato, salt and saute. Add chilli, coriander, turmeric, pepper powder and garam masala and mix it well. Add chicken and mix everything together. Keep it aside.

Fill the puff pastry with chicken masala and seal the edges. Lightly brush with egg whites on the top and bake in pre heated oven at 250 degree for about 15 minutes.
