Cauliflower florets - 10-15(medium sized)
Tomato - 1 no
Onion - 1 no
Ginger-garlic paste - 1 tsp
Salt - As reqd
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Rice flour - 1 tsp
Chilli powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - A pinch
Oil for frying
Blend the onion, tomato, ginger garlic to form a smooth paste(Do not add water).
Gently fold in the paste to the florets along with salt, turmeric and chilly powder.
Marinate this for at least half an hour.
Before frying, mix the corn flour and rice flour and deep fry immediately for crispy ones.
