Ingredients:
For the dough:
Atta 1 cup
Ghee 1 tbs
Salt to taste
Mix all above ingredients adding required quantity of water to make a smooth dough...keep it a side.
For the filling:
Chicken breast 1piece [boiled with little turmeric, pepper & salt and shredded.
Onion-3
Green chillies- 2 or 3
ginger garlic paste-1 1/2tbsp
pepper pwdr- Half tsp
garam masala -1/3 tsp
Shredded Coconut- 1 cup
coriander leaves
Mayonnaise
Method:
Heat oil in a pan, add onion and saute well. When the onion done 3/4 add ginger garlic paste and saute it. Add green chillies, pepper powder, garam masala, chicken and coriander leaves. Saute for 2- 3 minutes, remove from fire and keep it aside.
Make chutney with coconut, corriander leaves, small piece of ginger and salt.
Making basket:
Take a small lemon sized dough & roll it out,,[small rounded shape],,take a steel glass..apply little oil with ur palm..place rolled dough on the down end of the glass & make perfectly shape with ur hand by pressing all sides...with the help of the pakkada hold the glass in the hot oil and fry the baskets..when it gets to brown it will leave the glass or before with the help of the knife just make slow push,, cook both sides in oil,,basket is ready now.
Take one basket and place the chicken masala at bottom, upon that mayonnaise and finally top with chutney.
Snack Basket is ready to serve.
