Rice Banana Kheer

Basmati Rice- 1/4 cup (soaked)
Chana Daal- 1/4 cup (cooked)
Indian Banana- 2 (cut into small round slices)
Milk- 1 ltr.
Water- 1 cup
Sugar- 1 to 1 1/4 cup
Crushed Cardamom- 1 tsp
Salt- a little

Grind well Basmati rice with water. Pour it into a vessel, add milk and mix well. Boil the mixture adding sugar and salt stirring continuously on medium heat. When it come to boil, add cooked Chana daal, banana slices and finally cardamom powder (it is important to keep on stirring). When it reaches the required consistency, remove from the heat and transfer to the serving bowl.
