Garlic Bun Roll

Ingredients:
Plain flour 3 cups
Warm water 1 cup
Yeast 1 tbsp
Salt 1 tsp
Sugar 2 tbsp
Mix everything
Allow it to rise for 40 to 45 min

For garlic paste:
Pasted garlic and butter mix

Method:
Roll out in a rectangular shape and spread the garlic spread evenly
Roll it and cut into 2 equal parts and further cut into two parts so that u will get 4 equal parts
I mean 4 equal rolls
Now place the rolls with the cut side up in the greased pan
Repeat the same procedure for the remaining dough
Apply the balance garlic dip on top
And apply egg wash ( beaten egg)
Allow it to proof for another 20 min
In the mean time preheat the oven to 180 degree c
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes or until it is baked
